10 x Strides (6 on Phillips Pl Ct & 4 along cinema lot) + 50m toe offs
Ran these & similar to when I ran these ~1 mo ago began to get "fatigued" after 4 - fatigued being defined as what feels like a huge buildup of lactic acid throughout my body right after I finish the stride & it really does not matter what the pace is like. I started off running these progressively faster (#1, then # 2) and then after #3 decided to control the pace so I would not feel this "lactic acid overflow" but felt it anyway on #4 & #5 & decided to run to #6 & then jog around & head over to the cinema lot for the final four (where I felt stronger which was more about adjusting form where #7 & #8 felt effortless & fast - and tried to repeat this on #9 & #10 but no luck).
