No flare up so Adductor was able to spring back fr yesterday. Today bicycled 30 min (13.4mi) prior. Plan was to fast walk ~1 mi and place more load on this. Fast walked 1.15mi and felt better vs. yesterday (felt nothing). Then did drills (running butt kicks + high knees & felt nothing doing the butt kicks). So then "eased" into things. Started out in the first mile walking 8 steps and jogging 20 yards, then extended to 30 yards, then 1/2 mi in to about 40 yards (I could feel tightness in Adductor towards end of each segment). In the 2nd mile extended the jogging to about 100 yards & did not feel any increase in tightness. Then over the final ~1.8 miles extended the jog to about 3 x 1/2 mile segments. Jogged this as slow as possible so as not to place any stress on Adductor. Felt tightness more when I jogged the last 1.5 miles but it never was that "sharp" pain on Sunday -- and when I stopped no pain. It was so humid out that I was completely soaked as if I jumped into a lake.
