Fast Walking
As I've increased the pace of my walking (fr 16 min/mi pace Mon, to 14:30 min/mi pace yesterday to13:30 min/mi pace today, I actually am as fast as the very slow runners along the HarrisY trail -- so logging this as a very easy run (best pace in all miles were 10 min/mi). Goal here is to gradually increase pace to "under a jog" pace to test to ensure stress fracture is healed and can now deal w/this stress, and to ensure quad muscles in right leg can deal w/the increased load. So far so good.
