Was able to fully stretch ("sitting" on legs underneath although I felt tightness). Tested it by walking 2 miles (no pain), then 1/2 mi of jogging on grass for a min, walking for a min. Felt tender. Did some shin exercises during my dryland and "tweaked" it. Have a knot just above my ankle on posterior side -- rolled it and it was painful. Swollen w/some pain. Will see what happens tomorrow?
