5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley (5 x Drills)

Legs felt sore fr yesterday's long run and given how my right Psoas felt had no clue how these were going to feel but I did not contemplate sprinting hard. On #1 and #2 it felt like I was pulling someone up the hill as my legs felt "tired" or they were encased in concrete. After #2, legs began to feel better and felt like I could accelerate better so #3 and #4 felt much more smoother. On #5 don't know what happened as I was originally going to do 4, added a fifth, but this was so slow it defies reason. Also did 5 x (16x butt kicks, 8x high knees, 50 yds toe offs).
