3 x Strides on HarrisY grass field + 3x drills (Butt Kicks/High Knees/50 yd toe offs)
Only had time for three but these felt so much better and smoother than expected. I "cruised" thru these. Form felt strong, glided to speed and maintained speed w/out too much effort, could have run these much faster if I wanted but didn't to preserve feet. Also ran these in the very heavy and super cushioned Gel Nimbus 17's. Accurate splits below:
