5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs
Did not run hill sprints last week so felt flat running these. Felt pain in my right medial quad but more so when I was jogging vs hill sprinting. Really did about nine sprints as I had four "misfires" where I began my approach & accelerated into sprint only for the Garmin not to record a lap & thus had to stop & redux. Accurate splits below:

#4: 6:13 pace/mi;
