4 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field
Ran these on the grass. Did not look at splits until now but now I know why the final 500m I ran felt good (not too hard) for my cut-down set. Ran #1 and did not have that bio-mechanical feel I had Sunday. So rather than jog the recovery I walked (fast) in the middle, and then when I jogged up on doing #2 I could feel what I felt on Sunday and the splits showed it. Actually slowed things down on #3 and #4 to hold back some. Felt strong on these. Accurate splits below:
