Easy Run (Warmup)
82 degrees/66% humidity. Felt a lot better over the past 24 hours. Started run and the area of pain was noticeably smaller (but hurt like hell). Persisted for about 90 seconds and was hobbling the first 30 seconds. After that, felt "pressure" but this was a perceived slow pace. Weather felt "cool".
