2 x Strides on HarrisY field + drills

I had to cut this off at two because I began to feel "tired" as it was very warm out and did not want to ruin my workout. Both felt much better than the first time I did these a week ago (feel more "stable"). 2 x 15x butt kicks + 11x high knees + 50 yds toe offs.
