Easy Run

After taking 4 days off decided to resume & picked the wrong day as the dew pt was an astounding 65 (not sure if the 4 days off or the 65 dew pt sapped my strength in mi 6 although it was uphill). First day I've run in 50+ dew pt! Drive to Myers Park & started at the Harris Teeter at corner of Providence & Selwyn. Looped around parking lot the left on Selwyn past Sharon then looped around first entrance into Queens College (mi 1 - felt ok, focused exclusively on quick cadence & this was easy but it was hot), looped around & then up Selwyn past Queens right on Sterling took first right & then left on Queens ran across to uptown side ran down then up the hill then down the hill continued where Queens becomes Kings 1/2 down to Hospital (mi 2-3 - felt ok but could feel myself overheating running up the hill on Queens, had to be really careful of raised sidewalks, mud in the sidewalk, large puddles), continued on Kings left on East took first right across East looped back & left on greenway past Midtown left on Charlottetown left on Kenilworth (into wind) left over bridge right onto greenway crossed East onto Kings then left onto Edgewood (mi 4-5 - took shirt off after 4 mi as I was dying of heat, legs felt tired & beat up so focused on cadence & form), left up Edgewood right up Queens up steep hill to top then down & back up another steep hill right on Selwyn hung first left crossing street to Church (mi 6 - felt absolutely dead, had zero strength, stopped 1/2 up Queens, can't believe I could run this slow), ran back over to the Harris Teeter (final 1/4 mi).
