Warm-up - extremely easy effort. It took about 3/4 of mile and then I started to feel better and this felt much easier. Over the last 1.5 miles I was actually running this to go as easy as possible. This felt like that same pace as I ran that very slow long run on Sat (but this was faster). As easy as this was, I was sweating a ton given brutal dew points and no wind.
