3 x 1k (8:30 pace?) + 2 x 300m (7:14 pace)

Felt really terrible running these as I did not feel strong. Felt like I was stuck in just below 3rd degree and could not summon any strength or speed (helpless feeling). What was worse is that the splits on my watch were all off so I had no idea of what I was running or how to fine tune - on the 2nd 1k my watched showed 8:45 pace (got depressed) & on the 3rd 1k 8:50 pace (even more depressed) & on #1 300m 7:40 pace (I wanted to give up!). In looking at the data below I could not get my HR up on the 1k's and could really feel that running as I could not get into a higher gear & legs felt heavy (the cold?). Cadence was way too slow on all of the 1ks. I ran the 300m repeats right where I wanted although I had no clue until I saw these splits....
