Easy Run [8:09 pace p mi adj for heat]

77 deg / 54% H [59 DP]. Did 2x drills prior. The trigger point for the pain seems to have moved from the base of my right arch to my right heel (this makes it feel like my foot is broken or I broke my ankle). And not sure if the shoes I'm wearing have worn out and contributed to this. Started out and felt really great except that my foot hurt -- and it hurt about the same as yesterday thru the first mile. Then the pain sort of went away for a while. Somewhere after two miles it was like all of sudden felt labored (not sure why but my pace shows this exactly), and then felt better in mile 4 although this was mainly downhill. I was rounding the back of the Nucor building at end of Rexford when I started mile 5, and noticed I was really sweating (shorts were soaked), and that even though it was much less humid compared to yesterday, it still was humid out. Ran up Rexford, then over to Morrison and up Morrison, and foot felt "less flexible", when I hit mile 5 looked at split and almost fell down given how slow this was (was this an anomaly? I did feel terrrible?). Continued on and focused on getting into a better rhythm and foot began to hurt some towards the end (in the heel).
