Cut-Down Set
3/4 mi: 8:39 pace/mi;
1/2 mi: 8:20 pace/mi;
1/4 mi: 7:47 pace/mi;
300m: 7:26 pace/mi;
300m: 7:15 pace/mi.
Was originally going to run 3/4 mi & 1/2 mi & decided add the rest. I felt like I was running in a cement mixer - felt sluggish, as if I was in 2nd gear & could not get out of gear (and for the shorter segments could not get out of 3rd gear). If the HR were true for the 1/2 mi I would be dead.
