Easy Run [8:06 pace p mi adj for heat]
63 deg / 53% H [45 DP]. Very pleasant conditions for late May. Felt good, did not feel "worn out", hardly sweated. I started off by running vs. a fast walk warmup and the first 4/10ths of a mile felt terrible (as if I weighed 300 lbs and never ran before). Looked at my Garmin graph and I was running at higher then 9 min pace! Dropped off my water bottle, did 1x drills, and then continued in and felt 500% better. Felt pain in right foot at times (after a day off?).
