Fast Walk warmup - right Psoas felt a little more irritated today (hurt when I sneezed). Started this walk and no pain, at about 6/10ths of mile in started a very easy walk/jog combo (felt some stress in Psoas region but about what I've been experiencing on walk/jogs).
