When I awoke this morning my foot felt better and "different" from the new approach. It felt more "stable", did not feel the "broken foot" pain but pain under arch along lateral side of right foot but it felt more like "muscle tightness".
Did the same therapy as light nite -- same tender spots although the one on medial side underneath ankle is more tender this evening (and the one on lateral side is less tender?)?
