Notes

Foot improving each day (like an isotope now...1/2 life each day). Ditched the rigid foot/ankle support in favor of a thinner foot/ankle support. W/the support on, no more pain walking on a surface where the camber is upward to the right! No pain walking in Keens. Able to do hip exercises (where I'm standing on my right foot). Able to "wall leg lifts" w/ball in my back on each foot now. Some pain walking barefoot.
