Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy & goal was to minimize HR which I did - actually this was the lowest Avg HR I ever recorded & the cool dry conditions helped. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl & mostly doing loops on the Palm/Hotel side - ran three longer figure 8 loops of Palm/Pecan/small lot, then a curly Q bracket loop & then a couple of figure 8 loops & then ran out & down Fairview in entrance & back into courtyard. Feeling much less lower left back pain each day although my pace was extremely slow - still 25-40 sec/mi slower vs prior to injuring my lower back.
