Very Easy Run
Horrific & oppressive conditions. I was hoping being in NY I would not have to deal with 70+ dew point Charlotte summer weather but today was brutal. I was focused on survival, had to stop 2.74 mi where it felt like my core & inner body started to feel like it was "on fire". I was sweating profusely & shorts were totally soaked. Started at Orchard St bridge into back neighborhood up Cloverdale to Rt 22, left down hill & then ran a series of loops in/around the village area to where I finished up on Rt 22 at Cloverdale. Felt exhausted as the heat literally consumed me.
