3x Strides on HarrisY field + 3x Drills
Very very wet out so had avoid soggy areas which comprised my ability to run these strides out. Felt good/strong on each although I could immediately feel some stress in the seismoid area of my left big toe. And #1 and #3 on the grass/artificial turf area, #2 along the dirt trail. Also did 3x (18x butt kicks + 11x high knees + 50 yds toes offs). Accurate splits below:
