Notes

Did 2x drills prior (and almost stepped on a snake during the running butt kicks -- did not feel pain in right foot PF area so was optimistic). Then jogged with the original goal of going about 5 to 6 six minute segments. Legs felt like I had not run in a year (felt awkward). Felt low level pain to start and that low level pain stayed about the same (so at six minutes decided to keep going where if the pain increased at any point I would stop -- but I did not have to which I hope is a good sign). What I did find is that the pain ranged from minimal (running on grass, flat asphalt, or asphalt with the camber sloping down to the road), it hurt more when on concrete, hurt more when the camber sloped upward to the right, and was worse when trying to turn to the right. So I then tried to run where I tried to avoid anything that caused the pain to increase. And over the last mile when I had to turn to the right I would not turn my body but sort of "hop" and turn my body in the air (to where if I had to turn 90 degrees to the right it would take three of these "mini hops"!).
