Fast Walk

Notes

Fast walk thru the first 1.8 miles and then transitioned into combo fast walk/jog. No pain during the fast walk portion and I was going at a good clip for walking fast. When I started my first job, no pain! I was anticipating pain but none, but at 2 miles (only 300 meters into fast walking and jogging) began to feel pain along edge of Adductor where I felt it prior (but this was not bad -- was not grimacing and actually relaxed vs. prior days when I either grimaced or I was "tense" to deal w/the pain). Once I felt the pain I was ultra conservative in jogging very slowly and not hurting anything, and began to jog a little less at points -- started out a 6 steps fast walk / 12-18 steps slow jog), then at 8 steps fast walk / 10 steps slow jog late in mile 3, extended the jog in mile 4 as the pain did not increase, and over the last mile was at 6-8 fast walk & 30 to 40 yards slow jog. If I attempted to push the jog I would immediately feel pain. Best way to describe this is that I felt about 60% of the pain as I did vs. Friday (the area of pain was less) so there is some healing going on. Also did not feel anything in inguinal area (or in hip).
