4 x Strides on HarrisY Field + 3 x Drills
Didn't feel "quick" until #3 and #4. Don't have that bio-mechanically efficient & fast form throughout but I can feel it in spots -- felt it in #3 and #4. Did 3 x [40 yds of butt kicks + 10 walking high-knees + 50 yds of paw backs]. Accurate splits below:
