Fast Walk

Fast Walk thru to 1.25 miles, at that point I would fast walk 10 steps and jog 2-3 steps (no pain), about 1/2 mile later I was up to about 8 steps but could feel low level pain (ache pain) so played around with jog portion to where I did not really feel pain (4-8 steps or so). After mile 3 began extending the jog portion to about 12-16 steps but every 1/4 or so had to dial this back as I could feel the pain becoming more deeper. In mile 4 was able to extend jog portion even longer (25-40 yards) and then even longer in mile 5 (50 - 65 yards). I did feel pain as I xtended the jog but is was more dull. Felt ok after, 15 min of ice, and then about an 1 hour later I could start to feel pain right in the inguinal area at a 4 scale (when I was forced to limp and stop running the pain here was an 8) but I had not experienced pain here like this since the last time I was forced to stop. Only thing (I hope) is that during annual physical I had Dr examine me in this area and anytime I have any manipulation in this area it really irritates it like hell.
