Speed Interval Set (#1 of 2)
Descend 5 x 1/4 mile to Mile pace (jog 1/4 mile then walk remainder)
Pace: 6:15 / 6:12 / 6:08 / 6:04 / 6:01. Overall = 6:08 pace.
Switched into Perf Trainers. First interval required some effort. Legs still felt tight (and slow). Was wondering how well I was going to descend this (and then the next set which was 6 x 300m). Rest is somewhat misleading as there is a 10-15 second span for the treadmill to get up to speed.
