4 x 6 minutes (walking abt 1:15 in between) mostly on HarrisY field/trail.
Slowly progressing the length of these runs. When I started I could feel some small discomfort in right leg but that went away after a minute. During the 2nd segment both hip flexors and psoas muscles felt extremely sore and extremely fatigued. And during last segment, various muscles in my legs felt extremely fatigued (as if I had never run before). First run in the heavily cushioned Keahou's. Also ran about 1/3 of this on asphalt.
