Very easy jog back to Whole Foods. Felt more pain in right foot compared to prior days, probably from the hill sprints. Also realized since I was soaked in sweat (and this happened yesterday) that at about 40 minutes in to any run the taping I do on my feet loses all effectiveness because my feet are soaking wet (other than using duct tape I have no options -- the cloth tape I use basically feels like "paper tape" by the time I remove my socks).
