Easy Run
First run in about a month where I did not feel any pain or tightness in right hamstring (HHT). Started fr Whole Foods & ran out to Cottswold (Sharon to Sharon Amity). W/in the first 10 yards I could feel running was so much easier, no pain or tightness in right hamstring & not weakness, felt stronger & more bio-mechanically efficient. Got out near Cottswold (2.7 mi in) & it started to literally pour so looped back before I got there & ran back (pouring ran until Sharon). Felt zero pain & tightness until 4.88 miles in where all of a sudden like a fuse was lit & I could feel tightness in right hamstring, weakness & began to lose rhythm. Ran to 5.5 mi & stopped (to get rhythm back), did drills, and then resumed. Compared to the prior month felt "less weak" on this final portion, did not have to stop, right hamstring was maybe 25% bothersome as prior month, did not feel woefully weak going up any incline. Noticed my pace did not "hemorrhage" over final 2 miles like it has.
