Both feet felt good (Wed after run both feet felt like I was hit by a hammer, then ~30 hours later it only felt like a bee sting). Felt much worse than 58 deg dew point. Ran this after lifting. Left foot felt good thru 1.5 miles (felt "normal") and then it started to ache. At 2 miles I began to really "feel" this run and felt like I was starting to really slow down (not really according to pace). Tried to focus on form by maintaining quick cadence / running fr butt / keeping core strong but every 2-3 minutes I would hear my shoe "strike" the ground heel first and then refocus (I used to never do this). At 3 miles in I absolutely had to stop as I was beginning to "struggle" and had a side stitch. When I resumed the final 1/2 mi felt like I was running in slow motion. The only positive is that this felt like the same "slow pace" as the prior days but today I'm 20 sec faster per mile after the 1st mile so that either means I'm very slowly seeing increased fitness (hopefully weight loss follows since every run feels like a supreme effort).
