Easy Run
SPark (up Sharon, over to Providence, back to Sharon, left on Ferncliff to Colony). Raining/wet. My legs felt so horrible (calves were tight as a drum, hamstrings tight) and kept forgetting that I lifted before this run (including deadlifts for first time in 2 wks). When I started it felt like I had steel running my calves (no flexibility) but forced my calves to work to absorb the shock of the road. Hamstrings started to get tighter in the last part of this. My size 14 trainers probably weighed 2 lbs after they water logged!
