6 x 180 yds + 3 x 300m - 7:00 pace Avg
Purposely did not run these too fast & really tried to control my pace so that these would feel strong but not fast or too fast. #1 is obviously an outlier as after that felt much more crisp. My goal was to run these at around 7 min pace but #2 felt too easy so tried to target between 6:30 & 6:45 (and then on #4 I got much quicker & tried to control my pace to bring things back). Then a set of 3 x 300m & laid a big egg on #1 (tried to control the pace & could not believe how slow I ran it). So adjusted on #2 & ran it right were I wanted to & did similar on #3.
