Fast Walk (warmup)
Rolled out the two new & bad knots in my left leg prior to this, and overall leg felt much better (the pain in left Adductor was much more confined). Weather cooperated and finished this w/out any rain. Leg felt good and towards very end began to feel knot in lower left lateral quad radiate pain.
