Easy Run

Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Purposely ran this easy, focused on staying within myself, keeping my HR low, where I could breathe thru my nose & over the last 1.5 miles I was purposely controlling (slowing) my pace & making adjustments in form to keep things easy & keep HR down (and when I look at my max HR I accomplished that goal and especially if you look at the spread between Avg & Max HR). Started at hotel ran down to other side, thru construction, looping small lot 2x+ then looping RH & back into small lot for 1x loop (mi 1 - focused on keeping things really easy & settling in), 1x+ loops of small lot looped RH back into small lot 2x+ then around RH and in entrance (mi 2 - settled in, focused on short strides & keeping things easy), in entrance looped small lot 2x+ looped RH back into small lot 2x+ loops (mi 3 - mirrored mi 2 effort), out exit/in entrance looped 2x small out & around & into cinema lot for 1.5x zig-zag loops (mi 4 - felt the same as mi 3, shortened stride & felt more bio-mechanically efficient), did 1.5x zig-zag loops & 3+ figure 8 loops of cinema lot to finish out (mi 5 - I was cognizant & continually controlling/slowing down my pace by shortening my stride, this felt super easy & kept HR low).
