Easy Run

First real run in heat (60 dew pt). This really drained me & I have zero heat acclimatization & felt this. Purposely did not run this fast & focused on controlling my pace so I would not "burn up" fr the heat. Ran the first two miles running 1.5 loops fr hotel around PF Changs looping 2x of small lot then out entrance back in up Phillips Pl Ct to hotel around back & looping 2x in small lot (mi 1-2: good rhythm, felt good but I could feel myself "sweating like crazy" for the first time in 7 mos & beginning to get "hot" - at mi 2 I stopped to remove my shirt which made a difference), continued up Phillips Pl Ct to hotel around back looped small lot 3x around back down Fairview into entrance (mi 3 - tried to find a "happy ground" between maintaining rhythm & not burning up), looped small lot 3x then around cinema up Fairview in entrance looping small lot 3x & then out to cinema lot looping once (mi 4 - felt better running this & felt like all of my splits were consistent which they were), ran another five loops of cinema lot (mi 5 - purposely pushed the final mile more so because I felt stronger but felt good).
