(un)Easy Run
Really hot & I could not tolerate the heat - felt like my heart rate was accelerated & had real trouble after 3 miles. Had to stop often & was soaked in sweat. Ea time I was forced to stop I felt like I was going to collapse - and I would totally lose running rhythm. Ran this in/around HarrisY asphalt parking lot. Ran "long loops" fr one end to the other. The time adjusted for heat seems to right on. However, I started out & it felt hot & then got weaker as I went on.
