Jog back to Whole Foods after Hill Set (at Park Central & Sulkirk)

Even though it was 50 deg (or less) I was only wearing a shortsleeve shirt and was completely sweated thru my shirt when I started this. Legs felt fatigued to start (as well as my core) to start from the hill set and focused on very short strides and maintaining quick cadence. Ran down Park Central, then up Fairview to Zoe's and around the corporate park, then back up again Fairview to Whole Foods. After the first mile I got into a much better rhythm & this become easier (the first mile was not "easy").
