Post run foot started to hurt after about 3 hours. When I dug in to try to release pressure point the area of pain is still about the size of my forefinger fingerprint, but the pain in that area is significantly less (it hurts about 1/5 of what it did two days ago -- yet it hurts the same when I walk around?).
