5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley + 5x Drills
Goal was to run these at a hard/fast pace (not too fast but w/good form). Very difficult to gauge speed as splits on Garmin were showing either 5:5x's or 6:0x's. Tried to shorten stride and focus on turn over. The first four felt good -- #5 felt slow because I tried to give it an extra push but ended up overstriding. Also did 5 x [18x butt kicks + 10x high knees + 50 yds toe offs]. Somewhat accurate splits below:
