Injury Warmup - had PT yesterday and felt fine/great yesterday. But at night when I first got up and got up again I had to "stretch" and it was like something in my right Psoas and Adductor "popped". This is not the first time and in fact the 3rd or 4th time this has happened and the "stretching" is almost like a reflex I can't stop and this clearly hurt or regressed things. So before I started had pain in right Psoas and Adductor. Started with fast walk for 3/10ths of a mile and then transitioned into jog --> right Psoas and right Adductor immediately started to hurt (and this settled down somewhat). But what really hurt was my left leg -- I literally "hobble" for about 8-10 minutes as it takes this long for the muscles to settle down and contract properly.
