Attempted to do Tempo run but too run down/sick fr yesterday's long run (came back to White Plains on Thu, 3" of water in basement after torential rains, vacuum'd water out and cleaned up, next morning I have horrendous cold/throat tightness...realize that my basement will only flood if sewage system backs up which it did 4 yrs ago after torrential rains...so I have some "Katrina" like thing)!
