9 x Strides along No White Plans Train Station lower lot - 5:23 Avg
After how terrible I felt running the prior 5 miles, I thought this was going to be a challenge given how tight heavy my legs felt I had reservations re how I would fare him. I held back running these not wanting to "sprint" but build into each & control the pace. #1 felt horrific but after that I had spring in my step & they were easier to run & felt strength & explosion. I then tweaked my form which culminated in peaking on both #7 and #8. Splits below:
