Long Run (Very Very Slow & Hilly - 1,250' of ascent)

80 deg / 36% H [51 DP]. Pleasant conditions for the second consecutive time for a long run. This felt bad for the first three miles as I was really hurting from the needling session yesterday. Both Adductors, right foot, right hip flexor, left IT band hurt and felt tight. Rather than feeling refreshed after a day off I felt like I ran an intense workout. And usually I have to purposely slow down to run this slow but over the first 1.5 miles that was not the case. Did 2x drills after 1.5 miles and still didn't have that "fresh legs" feeling (but felt better). In miles 3, 4 and 5 I had a side stitch (where I kept saying to myself, how does one get a side stitch when you purposely run this slow). It finally went away when I ascended up Selwyn in mile 6. At Selwyn and Runnymeade finally felt better where I got into a better rhythm, quick cadence and this felt much easier. Over the last two miles I could feel pain in my right hip flexor (had never felt this prior and the pain was exactly where I was needled there yesterday) and in right foot. Finished up. And about 10 min post run had much more pain in right foot and right hip flexor? Also noticed that the last time I was needled (4 wks ago) I felt similar and ran almost as slow as compared to today?
