5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toes [5:32 pace]
Goal was to run these under control at a good clip & accomplished that despite running into a brisk headwind (I lose all feel & effort perception when running into a headwind) in addition to not seeing my #2 & #3 splits. Accurate splits below:
#1: 5:38 pace
#2: 5:30 pace
#3: 5:34 pace
#4: 5:26 pace
#5: 5:34 pace
