Easy Run

Lifted, fast-walked & did drills prior. After about 1/4 mi felt anything but fresh, crisp or "springy". Felt really sore, tired and as if I no spring in my step -- and was trying to figure out why since I rested yesterday. At about one mile where I was running up a very slight incline I could feel my legs "straining" somewhat and realized I was still sore/tired (DOMS) fr the hill sprints I did Mon (hadn't done them for 3-4 weeks and thus it takes me 4-5 days to recover whenever I start these from scratch). I was hoping that at some point the feeling that my legs were tired/sore would pass but that did not happen. Ran many many loops in this run. At 5 miles stopped as it felt much more humid & was sweating profusely. When I resumed I didn't feel "more tired" but I really slowed to more than a pedestrian pace, and over the final 3/4 mi again felt tired/sore.
