4 x Strides at the Fidelity on Coltsgate + 4 x drills
Ran these in the Fidelity parking lot (since it was away fr a cold stiff wind). Felt really strong & powerful on all & was trying to fine tune my speed on each (plus I would run out into the street so I slowed up a little at the end of each). On #1 I was gettng my sea legs and then built up speed fr #2 to #3 and when I saw my split on #3 tempered speed as I did not want to overdue it. Also did 4x drills (20x running butt kicks + 10x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
