Easy/Warmup + 3 x Strides
Ran this very easy. Can start to feel I'm in a stronger bio-mechnanical position day by day. After a mile then ran 3 x Strides (the first one felt like more of an effort and #2 and #3 felt better, was able to accelerate much easier). Accurate splits for strides below:
