Easy Run (Injury Rehab Run)

Partially torn/strained lower right hamstring. Amazingly, this felt like the last 3 miles of my run fr yesterday where I was "jogging" at 9:20 pace. the only difference today was that I felt I had a better rhythm & quicker cadence. Yesterday I could only run straight & could not turn w/out significant hamstring pain. Walked about 1k & right hamstring was tight. When I started (fr Whole Foods) I almost quit 50m in as the hamstring pain was intense. Ran 100m, then walked, ran 100m (to corner of Sharon & Fairview), walked to turn left on Sharon & then resumed running & miraculously no more intense pain & I ran straight to 4.5 mi. Ran down down Sharon right on Sulkirk (mi 1 - no more pain or even tightness after 1/3 mi), continued on Sulkirk right down Long Meadow right on Stokes right on Sulstone left on Sulkirk to end left on Sharon to Rutherford (mi 2 - started feeling stronger as I felt in more in rhythm), looped Rutherford/Sulkirk/up Sharon & down hung right into lower Church parking lot looped lower lot (mi 3 - in better rhythm & was able to turn w/out pain), ran up & out far Church entrance right onto Sharon past hotel crossed Fairview to Walgreens (mi 4 - purposely focused on quicker cadence at the start of this mile & after ~1 min ran in a stronger rhythm), did two loops of Walreens & up Sharon to BOA (stopped) & then resumed back to Whole Foods (mi 5 - felt slower vs mi 4 but wasn't, & felt "rubbery legged" in right hamstring running up Fairview at end).
