3 x Strides on HarrisY grass field + 3x drills
Felt very strong on these but I could feel a lot of stress on my seismoids (left big toe) and began to get very concerned after #3. Realize that any speed work really stresses them. These all felt fast and I had to slow down at the end because I was afraid the grass was too soggy towards the end. Also did 3x drills (18x butt kicks + 12x high knees + 50yds toe offs -- and I can feel my seismoids when I do the latter). Accurate splits:
